[v.3095] Cybernetically enchanced colonist's bodyparts are broken.

1. Came from a .3094 build. No mods. Had all of my colonists with cybernetic parts.

2. Body parts are scrambled.

3. Body parts should not be scrambled.

4. Have a colonist from .3094 with bionic/archotech legs and then update to .3095
