Colonists not doing jobs in certain areas, cant force.

Making a cave base in 1.2 with some mod. Played for a while when some small game freezes occur. Thinking its just my overheated laptop I get off for a while. Upon returning I had a issue I had in 1.3 my colonists will no longer do any job in certain areas of the base. in this case my kitchen, research room, and production room. There is no issue in the dev log, and I have tried uninstalling mods and a few other things to no avail. this is making the game unplayable, please help.
Let me know if I need to attach any files of images.

Roll the game back to 1.2.
If you are on Steam, you can find old versions in the Beta system.

Otherwise start a new colony.

this colony is already in 1.2, and it is my restart. I had the same thing happen in 1.3

I am confused.

My understanding is:
- you started this colony in 1.2
- loading this colony in 1.3 broke pathfinding
- I told you were to roll teh game back to 1.2, to continue on the last version it was working with

It seems I did not undersand you right? In which version was the game started? Which version to you plan  on playing it?
