Textures or whatever won't load lol

This sucks. I love Rimworld, and after coming home from the Tornado in Waterford Township, MI, I would've love to been able to play the new Ideology DLC!

I was wrong. I fucking uninstalled this game 5 times over, each time never working. One time it even still had my original mods in the modlist. Now it just says that i'm subscribed to them, but won't show them in the modlist. This really sucks, I really need help. And as you can see, there is literally NOTHING except the characters' names, top icons, and bottom left description stuff.
