Load Order and hefty errors

Hey I've been trying to get my mods arranged for 1.3.
After losing all Info on how to sort my mods I managed to put them in some sort of order again.
However I'm getting pretty big errors.

After game startup:

A 75KB patch came in, I restarted the game after the patch installed.

enable mods in __small__ batches

installing 350 mods at once and expecting everything to work perfectly is very strange move.

try to read the 2. link from my signature.

Try to start without Rocketman at first, once the modlist is working you can readd it.

Ok I'll try to go through some mod testing (startup takes 5-10 minutes) but there are no obvious mistakes in my mods list?

The thing is the mods worked before.
The mods worked before the patch.
Then 1.3 came and most weren't updated.
Now that the mod updates roll in, I activated them again and playtested a little.
I had a solid game start with a bunch of mods, but then I ran into performance issues due to deep storage.
The issue only occured when building a storage so it doesn't seem related.
More mods came in and it became clear that I have to sort my mods once again after a game start where the character editor ended up loading an empty window.
So I've spent the past day(s) sorting my mods and now this trainwreck happens.

Ok so I started the game after removing rocketman and, barky's lupaios race pack, nyaron race and orassans.
the error did not occur again yet.
The only weird thing is that the pawn generator now likes to generate pawns with both eyes cut out ... I better download a psychiatrist mod for the game ...

candidates for trozublemakers are...
Orassan Empire  -  currently a lot of bug reports in the comments
Nyaron race - mod creator stated it is unstabled

Character information window breaks when opening character editor, but other than that it seems fine now ... for now
i'll run through some testing, add the lupaios back and stuff
