Possible bug: can't open mods anymore.

Ever since the 1.3 update, I can't open the mods from the menu anymore. I do get a error log when I start the game, but I expected that since many mods still need to be updated. Is there any way I can fix this?

Go and write down
"I only should use mods that are made for the version i used" 100 times ! :-)
Mod Manager 1.2 don't work with 1.3.
Since you can't open the mods window anymore:
Delete the mod folder or unsubscribe or edit the Modconfig.xml with an texteditor.

The problem is, I can't open the modlist entirely. Like the big button on your screen with "Mods" on it. Clicking on it does nothing.
