There is no version 1.3 in the Steam database

In the beta versions, I have version 1.2.3 and 1.3 is missing altogether! There is not even a beta version of it! Tell me how to fix it, please!

Isn't there a steam discussion too ?

You can't find 1.3 at the beta, because it is released and currently the actual version.
At the beta you only can find the unstable and older versions.

To switch the version of the game, you need to go to the beta versions tab! And there it is missing!
