[1.3.3072] Trees Desired debuff rolls over to 0.

Set precept to trees desired, start chopping trees. The debuff grows as expected, -2, then -5, then -10, but if you keep chopping after hitting -10 (Trees Ravaged) it soon rolls back over to 0 (Healthy Trees) and stays there. You can now chop unlimited trees without any mood debuff.

Reproduced a few times in a fresh save with only Core, Royalty and Ideology active.
