This began like last week around the 30th. I have some mods but now that i run the game with the same mods it refuses to boot up and gives out a rimworld logo with a red box that has a ! mark in it. Ive tried finding the mods in the list that cause it but once i take one out and put other in that crashes it too. plz help

Heres the player.log and error.log

Allright so todays patch helped it and im grateful for it, BUT i still get the error. I think its caused by lack of video memory . It seems that my limit is about 150 mods

Too many mod's are mosttime the gameplay dead ! :-)
But since your videocard isn't the best anymore and reffering to this topic

it could be a memory issue.
Maybe try out the mod HD Pawn Rendering that skullywag mention.

Thats not really what im referring to. My problem is that the game wont even go to the menu. it crashes before i get into the game.

Try to disable all mod's at first.
If you can't access the Mods window anymore, you can delete the ModConfig.xml and the backup one.
They are in the Config folder, same area where the savegames are.

When the basegame with the DLC's run's fine, slowly add mods at small batches.
Maybe read the 2.link from my signature.

But when the basegame crashes, post a new player.log and error.log

Having the same issue as described in this thread as well as the one linked, black screen on loading into the game or alternatively sometimes after managing to load in when placing down a building, say a research bench. Player.log gets spammed with 'd3d11: failed to create buffer´ messages.

Running the game on an old i5-4570k using the integrated graphics card, had no issues running the game prior in 1.2.
