[1.3.3080] Dev mode doesn't have the option to initiate drop pod raid

All other raid types are available minus that and scattered drop pods.

Works with 1.3.3080 Linux SendOwl version Core + Ideology.
Debug --> Execute raid with specifics... --> select a faction that can do drop pod raids (Pirate) --> some points --> Immediate attack for example --> EdgeDrop / RandomDrop
