Neuron supercharge are privilege for Transhumanist meme with a cost of 3000 research point (Tribal Start).

For unknown reason, if you didn't pick the Transhumanist meme, you still able to research it.

I know that they already said that "Because the transhumanist meme is missing, You are unable to craft the following stuff: Neuro supercharge".

So really, why does it show for other meme then lol. I think they should only show up for those who have transhumanist meme. Imagine you got Techprof persona core and it random pick this research, you got nothing.

This doesn't seem to be a bug. Neural superchargers can be researched by anyone, but can be built only by a colonist following an ideoligion that includes the transhumanist meme. Think of the research as preparation for recruiting such a colonist (forgoing conversion).

It's possible that there may be a future update that restricts this research from being performed when no transhumanist ideoligion is present in the colony. If you like that idea, feel free to voice it in the Ideas board.

The problem with the Ideas board is that the devs won't read it, therefore the possibility of affecting future updates through that avenue is nil.
