1.3.3080 - Guninor requires Bowler hat

My guninor Sabrina (shooter specialist) requires a bowler hat, however even if not wearing it, I don't get any mood malus. Bug?

No mods at all in game.

Thanks for the bug report.  Unfortunately the screen shot here doesn't really give me enough information to track down the problem that may be going on.  If you have a copy of this save, I would suggest uploading it to a file sharing server like google drive and posting a link here, with shared access so I don't need to request it.

Only the requirements on moral guide and leader trigger mood penalties. All other specialist do not get a debuff at all when not wearing their wanted apparel. This has been like this since the release of Ideology.
