[1.3.3087] Colony Psychic Droner Overwrote Global Map Psychic Droner Effects

Circumstances: A psychic droner on the world map applied a -12 mood debuff to females for roughly 2 years. A new psychic droner landed on my colony applying a male debuff; it intensified to extreme (-40) before I destroyed it. After destroying it, it's -40 male debuff somehow got applied to the other global female -12 droner. So now females are all happy but my males are stuck with a -40 debuff.

Obviously I expected the -40 male debuff to end and the -12 female debuff to persist.

Unsure how to replicate this because the root is randomized events (psychic droners landing/activating).
