[1.3.3087] Enslaved Evangelist clothing remains locked

In my current colony I took a quest to house an evangelist in my colony for a few weeks. After causing a few fights, I arrested and then enslaved him. His equipment all remained locked after enslavement, making it impossible to remove, or apply any slave management gear (collars, harnesses, whatever).

Repro steps:
1) Accept quest that grants you a temporary pawn with locked gear.
2) Arrest the pawn.
3) Note that you cannot strip the imprisoned pawn, even if they are rendered unconscious.
4) Enslave the pawn.

Result: Gear remains permanently locked on the enslaved pawn.
Expected Result: Slaves don't get to decide what they do or do not wear...

Probably not a bug but it should not work this way IMO.

1. What the circumstances were: I hosted 3 temporary pawns from another faction by event.

2. What happened: I arrested 1 of them (for any reason) and enslaved it (another was arrested and the third still free).

3. What you expected to happen: I was expecting the slave to became a member of my faction at 100% since I enslaved it, instead it is now both a slave as well as still a member of the other faction (the temporary one). I cannot for example change his outfit.

4. Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.
- Create an event to host 3 temporary pawns from another faction.
- Arrest and enslave 1 of them

Thanks for the bug report, I've confirmed this is still an issue. I'll make a report with the devs!
