[1.3] Pawns unable to heal

Just was playing as normal, when two of my pawns get the flu. I go to heal them and right click them when it doesn't pop up the option to force-heal them, this is on a new save. Going to Copy-paste the log I got going into dev mode.

Hi,
since you use mod's it is prolly a mod issue.
If you get the same problem with a vanilla gameplay, made a new posting with complete logfile and savegame.
