Help IDing Problem Mod

My game regularly freezes, and I'm having trouble figuring out which mod is causing the problem.

The most frequent thing in the logs related to the crash is

although I'm not sure if that is the cause or just a proximal element.

you should hunt error's before you start a colony and not when a problem appear during gameplay.
But that don't help you with your current colony anymore.
"Deep-saving destroyed thing " don't let the game freeze normaly. Even when it is the last msg. i don't think it is the issue.
But you can try it out self. Backup the savegame, open the savegame with a texteditor search for Shuttle104070 and try to delete the entry. Load the savegame.

You should read the 2.link from my signature, eliminate the startup errors and create a new colony.

I'm trying to figure out what the problem mod is so I can start a new colony.  I've been trying with different modlists and the problem persists.  Unfortunately it usually takes a couple of hours to show up.

Hey, I'm getting this same issue, down to it being consistently caused by deep saving a shuttle. I've tried removing the shuttle entry from my save and while it does allow a little more progression, eventually the same freeze turns up without any related error. It seems to crash the game before it writes anything to log file. I've been trying to sort this out for about two weeks now and I'm pretty close to just throwing the game out, which is a real shame, but this issue has been reported a number of times on these forums and there are no answers anywhere.

edit: I appear to have fixed this by moving Rimworld from a SSD to a HDD. Not 100% sure yet, because it normally takes forever to turn up, but by now (a few IRL days into a new playthrough) I normally would've experienced at least one freeze. Try a reinstall onto a new drive if you can.
much later edit: It is indeed fixed. Not a single repeat of the issue in at over a month.
