[1.3] wild mushrooms

since the recent update adding timbershrooms the other wild mushrooms aren't growing in valid fungal gravel. I am running a vanilla game (no mods).

Thanks for the bug report.  Do you mean they don't spawn naturally on fungal gravel?  You can't grow wild mushrooms in zones obviously in a vanilla game.  Just want to make sure I understand what the bug is you are reporting.
