[1.3]Map loading error when Ideology is loaded

The social tab is cut off, I cannot see any of the social connections between colonists. They do interact but I cant see the status of any relationship with my colonists. It only happens when I have a colonist selected, non Colonists I can see all relationships even with my colonists its weird.
I am fairly sure its ideology causing it because its the only "mod" I have running on a new game I just opened up to test it.
I am deleting all mods in the folder just to make absolutely sure.

Thanks for the bug report. I'm just checking in to see if you have a screenshot of this issue?  I don't have this issue on my PC so I can't examine it without a screenshot of yours.  Are you playing with mods?  A dev log would be useful as well.  If you aren't sure how to find those, check out the "How to report a bug" stickied topic.

I have since fixed this particular issue but another has shown up, now I get an error while loading the map. I have reloaded, reinstalled the game multiple times and nothing has helped.
Ideology is the only mod loaded when the issue occurs,

could you maybe read "How to report a bug" at first ? That whould show you the logfile, then you don't need to copy&paste it. The logfile is much better readable then the copy&paste stuff.

- Delete the Mods folder, there are plenty of old or wrong installed mods.
Even when you don't activate these, they slow down the startup process.
Btw. the topic "How to report a bug" would say you too that this is for vanilla bugs mainly.

Overall deactivate all mods and check if you got errors/problems at the vanilla game.
When you still got error's without mods, just delete (not uninstal) the rimworld folder, and let itreinstal/repair.

If the log window is error free slowly add mods, maybe read the 1.link of my signature.

When you got error's after activation a mod, you should ask the mod author about it.

I have deleted the mods folder and have loaded it with just ideology and Core.
If this is a bug and not human error, it is a vanilla bug.
It happens even if I have no mods on a clean install.
The only things I have loaded are Ideology.

If I load royalty there is no error, only when I load ideology do the error occur.

indicate that is something wrong.
These are all error's before you load a savegame, and these error's definitiv don't should happen, even when you play the unstable version (i think 1.3.3200 is the unstable and not the latest steam stable one).
Did you try out

When you activate any DLC or both together, there shouldn't be any error's. Try to reach these state, before you try to load the savegame.

I have deleted the rimworld folder and repaired the game twice and these errors still occur. I am just confused about how I am getting these errors, are there files missing in ideology? I have downloaded Ideology directly from the website and these errors occur even when I am loading a new game.

Could you please try.
Deactivate all DLCs.
Do you got error, then please post the player.log .
Activate Ideology.
Like you said before you got error's, please post the player.log.

BUT when the startup of rimworld is error free and the error just happen after loading the map. You should upload the savegame and post the link so Pheanox can take a look.
