[1.3] Map tile will not generate after choosing characters.

After choosing my colonists and try to continue I get an error saying that the Map was not able to generate. I know that the bug is being caused by character editor but I have used character editor before and it never gave me an issue so I don't know whats going wrong.

I keep getting this error and its preventing maps generating.

Hi,
is this the only error or does you have more error before you even start to create a new world ?
Maybe try to read the 2.link from my signature.

And if you took a closer look at the error message, you maybe notice a modname, try to deactivate it.
