Many fixes, tweaks, settings and mod balancing/compatibility patches. Everything is toggleable. Made using XML Extensions!

All patches are purely xml and should have no performance impact. Compatible with all other mods, even ones that do the same changes, because my code checks if the change was already made.

Detailed list of all settings available on Google Spreadsheets
  • duplicate animal remover - removes duplicate animals from mods. Vanilla Expanded mods are the highest priority and animals from them won't be removed. For example, if both VE and ACP add a Cheetah, it will be deleted from ACP.
  • ideology styles to VTE texture variations converter - finally you will see all those great textures when you have play the no ideology mode.
  • stuffable stone floors - stuffed floors is quite buggy and reorders architect menu, so here is a purely XML alternative.
  • DocWorld-based architect menu overhaul - cleans up and extends architect categories and aims to support ALL mods.
  • rottable filter - adds a filter for all items that can rot unless frozen, except corpses, including modded items.
  • infinite turrets - reliably makes turret barrels very big (practically infinite) and free to rearm. Affects all vanilla and modded turrets. Doesn't affect mortars or non-turret buildings.
  • fix factions not showing in create world menu - some modded factions don't appear in create world menu, this patch fixes that.
  • Many other tweaks - VAE Accessories rebalance, dubs mint storage research, etc.

Requires XML Extensions.

Load as low as possible! TPatches only affects mods loaded before it.
To access settings menu, go to rimworld settings and press the "More Mod Settings" button which is added by XML Extensions.

I am banned on steam (until august) so it doesn't allow me to upload mods to workshop. Unfortunately that means no auto-update, but I added ModSync RW support.

Can modpack makers include your mod in their modpack? yes
Can other modders make derivative mods based on yours? yes

I've recently added a feature that converts ideology styles to texture variations using Vanilla Textures Expanded, and another option that just makes all ideology stuff makeable/buildable in no ideology mode.

Since I made the original post we also have made enormous progress in the architect category overhaul based on DocWorld's overhaul. It creates a few new architect categories like bedroom, culinary, husbandry; distributes all vanilla and modded buildings into the categories, and removes a lot of redundant modded categories like "More Furniture". As a result makes the architect menu neatly sorted into useful categories without any mod tabs that only have one building in them.
The architect menu overhaul is finished, but now testers are needed - just launch your game with this option enabled and see if there is anything wrong with the architect menu.

I will probably move architect menu overhaul into a separate mod in august, along with a few changes to make maintaining it even easier.

Other new features - option to make all stone floors stuffable; randomizeable biomes; under the hood the loading times were reduced as much as possible.
