[1.3.3159 + Royalty] Transport pods and Stellarch's shuttle have 0kg capacity

Royal Ascent quest is active, also have a protecting nobles and a monument quest.  Five colonists are away in a caravan.  First noticed issue attempting to send the caravan food in a transport pod.  The Stellarch's shuttle then arrived, and having no capacity indicator, presumably due to changes that were supposed to make it unlimited, simply claims that there is no capacity when trying to load any pawns into it, including the Stellarch alone.  The Royal Ascent quest is now essentially softlocked, as the shuttle requires the Stellarch to be aboard in order to leave and therefore cannot be launched. 

Notably, the nobles present due to the other quest were on the pawn list as available for loading onto the shuttle; I am unaware as to whether this behavior is intended or not - the faction system is probably to blame here.

Have not attempted to load all pawns, as I intended to leave some behind and keep playing due to the other outstanding quests; had a thought that either not loading all pawns or the other quests might be causes, but given the transport pod had a similar issue, it probably isn't isolated to the quest system.  I attempted a deconstruct and rebuild of the pod, but did not see if this fixed it as I saved and quit after the bug presented itself with the shuttle as well.

So, for reproduction:
-Successful Royal Ascent Quest shuttle spawn
-Quest that involves other pawns from Imperial faction being present, quest not yet elapsed
-Transport pod ready (fuel in launcher was set to 95)
-Pawns in a caravan out of food, no pack animals

Does the shuttle is maybe before a patch ?
I am not an expert with the dev tools so i don't know how to recreate a shuttle for the quest.
But for the transport pods, you just could enable Developer mode, then use Destroy(debug action icon on top) to remove the old pod's and place new one while god mode (top icon) is active without cost.

Thanks for the bug report, and we apologize for the inconvenience.  Please let me know if this had to do with the recent update.  As Canute mentioned, there is a known issue where if you accepted the quest before the recent update, and then attempted to do the quest after the update, shuttles and transport pods have 0kg capacity.  The pods can be easily fixed by destroying and rebuilding them, the shuttles are not known.  Was this the case?

How recent was this update?  I've been playing on this save for a couple of months, but I only started the quest sometime last week.  It does become available far earlier, so it's possible that it was in my quest tab, but not yet active, prior to the update.

3159 was the first version the bug was noticed. I know there was at least 1 other thread on the subject.

That's probably it then.  Good news, however:  I discovered a workaround for the shuttle! Selecting a pawn and right clicking correctly brings up the 'Get in shuttle' prompt, so I was able to load them that way!
