Help with mod bug

The only problem I have is I can't call allied factions on the comms console, including the royal faction and a tribal I befriended. My guy just stands there for a second then leaves. I have no problems calling non allied factions. Here's my debug log followed by my mod list.

A wise decision, never use a mod that is made for a different RW version ! :-)

And since you use hugslib, do you ever wonder what these nice green button "Share logs" do ? :-)

The error is about Com. console and military aid.
From the modlist i can't recognize any mod that might do anything with the console.
Maybe  Supply and Demand but i am total unsure.

From my playthroughs from older games, that Werewolfs/Vampire/Elder things sometimes got trouble with other mods and throw out jobdriver errors.
But you can't remove these mods, so you need to live with that problem.

Sorry, can't be a help. Location the faulty mod during gameplay is mosttimes an difficult task.

I appreciate the input. And I originally meant to upload the log directly, but my IPN was down in the whole area and I had to email it to myself and post it from my phone. I think I might just have to live with the bug too. It's unfortunate but I'm just going to pretend that calling for caravans was never an option to begin with :P I've already got 50 colonists, can't start over now.

You can try to disable mod's that are safe to disable during gameplay like
Achtung
Numbers
Job Splitter
Pawn rules
...
and look if something change. Just keep that last savegame untouched so you allways got a return point.

Did you try to rebuild the com console if that helps ?

Yeah I destroyed it with dev mode and rebuilt it, no change. I'll start turning off the mods you suggested and see if it helps.

EDIT: I'm also just realizing I haven't gotten any land based caravans or visitors in a long time. I used to get them near the beginning of my playthrough but I've added a few QoL mods since then. Just tried to dev mode a caravan in and nothing happened. So it seems like an issue with friendly visitors as well. I have gotten military support via droppods from the royal faction though, it seems like just land based visitors are bugged.

EDIT2: I just nuked my mods and removed everything except for core and royalty, and now caravans can arrive via dev mode. Of course it completely broke my game but I think I can restart and remove mods one at a time and fix it. I'll report back when I find which mod it is that's causing the issue.
