[1.3.3159 + both expansions] Warden stuck in a loop bringing meals to prisoner

My wardens get stuck in a loop bringing paste meals constantly to a prisoner that doesn't eat them, filling the prison up with meals. The paste is made from an animal that the prisoner venerates, so I guess this is partly working as expected, but it seems like a bug that the warden just keeps trying.

Reproduce:
Have a prisoner set to paste meals only
Fill the paste hoppers with meal from the prisoner's venerated animal
Wait until the prisoner is awake and hungry
Watch the wardens go

Thanks for the bug report. I've been able to reproduce this using your provided save.  Thanks for the time in uploading that save so I could easily see the issue.  I'll get a report into the devs.
