[1.3.3159] Once again, only the first favored apparel is providing buffs

This is essentially a re-opening of this closed bug report thread:

According to the moderator edit at the bottom, the bug was fixed in 1.3.3108. However, the exact same thing is now happening in 1.3.3159. I made a reddit post about it, and another player replicated it on their install, same version. See here:

Thanks for the bug report, and apologies for the inconvenience.  I have gotten this to be reproduced in 1.3.3159 and it does seem that it has come back. Sometimes it happens unfortunately.  I will get a bug report into the devs and hopefully we can get this fixed for good.
