[1.3.3200 + Ideology] Very difficult to see some favorite colors.

This is a very minor thing, but I was wondering today why one colonist had no favorite color, but after some time I realized they did have a color, I just didn't see it.  I would recommend outlining favorite colors that are low-contrast with the background in a high contrast border or something.

Thanks for the feature request, I agree maybe a contrasting border drawn around colors may be useful to help people see the colors better.  I'll get the feature request in my doc for the devs.
