Word of Serenity does not work on catatonic mental break.

Hello, currently playing RW Royalty and Ideoligion. One of my pawns has had a catatonic breakdown and my psycaster cannot use word of serenity on them. When attempting to do so it says "XXXX is not experiencing a mental break." Is this intentional?

Thanks for the bug report, I've reproduced this on 1.3.3200.  I'll get a bug report into the devs.  I'm not sure if this is intended or an oversight since the mental break really is removed after the catatonic break and it then just applies the health hediff to the pawn.  I'll have them take a look!
