[1.3.3200] Blindness not healed by biosculpter pod

The blindness that pawns can get from the resurrector mech serum is not healed by the biosculpter pod. Seeing as they heal all other things on the eyes that I've tested, this seems to be an oversight. I was sure that it usually heals stuff on the eyes so you don't have to do some weird workaround to remove the eyes of a pawn that are damaged just to have them regenerated by the pod (since it does regenerate lost eyes).
Blindness seems to be exempt from this and requires a workaround.

Both DLCs, no mods used.

On a side note, the scarification from the dev mode does not seem to be treated as normal scars, nor as the scarification from the ritual. You can not test scar healing from the pod with this dev mode option. It will always say that it heals all of them instead of just one of them like with normal scars.

Thanks for the bug report.  I had to confer with the devs, but they agree its a bug.  It's not intended for the blindness from Resurrector Mech Serum to be unhealable by the biosculpt pod. I'll get a bug report in.

Thanks for the note on the dev tools, that's good for me to know, but generally dev mode issues like this aren't necessarily fixed since dev tools are considered a 'caveat emptor' feature for players.  Either way, its good information for me as a tester to know.
