Refund: Bought wrong expansion

I bought the wrong expansion, please can I have a refund or have it switched to the expansion I was supposed to buy? Ideology.

With it being Sunday, I didn't want to wait and bought ideology. Please can the Reoyalty be refunded as I already bought that through steam awhile ago, didn't mean to buy it again.
