PS4 Crash - scrolling past anything not giveable

The bug consistently (100% of the time) keeps happening when ever I go to gift items or animals, everything is fine except when I hover over (even scroll past) the buck my ps4 crashes and closes RimWorld every time. I could be wrong but I believe it's not a fully grown buck either but once it goes in a caravan it gets the name "buck 1" for it cuz I don't name them but it's not fully grown so....

Actually update it's not just the buck whenever I scroll over something that's not able to be given it crashes. This time herb medicine, the only thing that's consistent is that it's not able to be given and it's 10 items down (so I have to scroll down 1 for it to appear and it hovers over it) not sure any other consistencies or reasons between the 2 tho.
