[1.3.3287] Many mood buffs/debuffs from ideology aren't triggering

The ones I've noticed so far are related to animals. Being around venerated animals doesn't give a mood buff (though eating venerated animal meat does) and all the buffs/debuffs from the meme Ranching: Central. Planting human food and being around no animals don't give debuffs. I turned off all my mods and it was the same.
