Level Up messages are gone for some reason ?

Hey, all is in the tilte. I installed the LevelUp! mod and it worked for a few days then it bugged (no notifications to notify me that a colonst leveled up) so I decided to unistall it, and now I cannot see when one of my colonists level up one of their skills, even in Vanilla. There is no message above their heads. It's no big deal but it disturb me a bit. Any help ? Maybe my save is just glitched ?
