Psyfocus coding?

I'm working on a psychic implants mod, and I'm trying to find the base code for psyfocus generation to work off of, but I can't. I've currently searched all of this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Data\Royalty but I'm not sure if there's another place I should be looking.

Edit: I'm attempting to code an implant that bumps up psyfocus generation.
