[1.4.3507 rev1418] Bulk Goods Trader can have incapable of social trait.

[Appeal]

Circumstances:
A bulk good trader arrived. I sent pawn to attempt to trade. He walks to the trader, then carries on with other tasks.

What happened:
I couldn't trade with the bulk goods trader due to him having [assumably] the incapable of the social trait.

Expectation:
I am assuming the traders of a bulk goods caravan should be capable of trading.

Thanks for the bug report! We have this fixed on 1.4.3509 now. Hopefully you already noticed as I'm 2 days late!
