Quest requires 2 pawns hosted for 18 days. One of the pawns is a child. 4 days after a Growth moment popped up for this child. In order to resolve it you should pick 3 passions, but there are only two in the list. You can postpone the decision but eventually it forces itself on you and you can do nothing. Even the main menu is blocked. Only Alt+F4.
