Vanilla 1.4.3524, all DLCs Pawn didnt recover from Food Poisoning

Gz to this masterpiece of a Game. I want to report one issue after the patch to 1.4. One pawn, who got food poisining before the patch is still in recover mode after the patch but wont heal completely. And i´ve played at least 40 ingame days from now. None of the other 65 pawns had that. Installed a sterilizied stomach, but that didn´t changed anything either.

I am running Vanilla 1.4.3525 without any of the DLCs but with two mods - Harmony and ReplaceStuff. I am seeing the same issue - food poisoning is not advancing. I have one pawn who is stuck with major food poisoning and one pawn stuck with minor food poisoning for many many days. This is a game that I am continuing from before the Biotech patch, not a new game.
