[Mod Suggestion] Night vision for worker mechanoids

Since your mechanoid helpers are hard at work at all hours of the day, it seems counterintuitive (to me at least) that they receive a global work speed penalty for working in the dark like regular meatbags. I think a mod that removes said penalty would be very appreciated, especially since the author of LightsOut (the extremely helpful mod that automatically flicks off the lights when nobody is around) won't be working on Biotech issues.
