[1.4.3527 Biotech] Paramedic only doctoring after pawn goes to a bed

1. What the circumstances were.
  Trying to install a bionic leg as a mechanitor pawn, without other colonists using a paramedic

2. What happened.
  After selecting the operation a notification stated that no pawn has the required skill in medic to operate. You cannot force a "wait for operation" by right clicking. After the pawn goes to his designated bed -not hospital- from resting need, paramedic mechanoid goes and performs the operation normally

3. What you expected to happen.
  After selecting the operation, the pawn goes to the best medica bed to wait operation, and the paramedic performs the queue operation(s)

4. Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.
  Spawn a mechanitor, a paramedic linked, normal bed, hospital bed, a bionic part and medicine. Queue operations on said colonist.
