Wasters don't care about beautiful things

So the basically Wastelanders are ugly and has naturally disattractive germline genes and I think that they should not really care about "Beauty" surrounding them.

At least they have to have like beauty impact lowered compared other genes. For example when they are in a dull dining room or something, they should see "dull" as "mediocore"

I like the idea, but maybe even just an inversion of their beauty standards, have them love filth, debris and pollution, after all, it's what they're made for.
