Raiding Factions

I know this has most likely been suggested already, but I think it would be cool to send troops to raid other factions, destroy their structures, steal their resources, and maybe even wipe them off the map. If you were able to completely destroy them, there would probably need to be a way for other factions to appear in the area to keep players from just destroying every faction and never having to worry about losing. While being brutally sieged by snipers and 3 incendiary mortars, I thought to myself, "how cool would it be to do the same thing to them?" I'm not sure if this will be implemented any time soon, but if it is, I hope there'll also be jeeps with rocket launchers or even tanks to help raid factions.

My personal thoughts on creating new factions is to use a snapshot of old bases from the same world, would be cool to fight your own bases
