All mods disabled -- please help

Hello, I came back to RimWorld after a few months away, and I'm disappointed to see that all of my mods are disabled and don't work. There's no way I can go back to playing vanilla after using most of these mods for years now. Can anyone help me figure out how to get my mods working again?

For example, the mod list says "Harmony" can't run, but I clearly see "1.4" in green on the Harmony mod. Doesn't that mean it works on 1.4, so it should work right now?

Super confused why this game would screw over a loyal, longtime player like me after years of supporting most of these mods smoothly.
