Game crashing when loading after working fine for over a week

Like the title says, been playing a modded save for over a week now, the start up time has usually been pretty long but no actual issues in game, but now my game crashes every time I open it. I am not sure if it is a Unity/memory error or a mod error but it is strange that it has only just stopped working after being fine for a week or so. The game loads fine with no mods when I delete the ModsConfig file.

I have so far tried uninstalling/reinstalling everything (mods, game, the whole lot) and updating my drivers but no success so far.
