I think my base is too big lol

so i've been working on trying to build a super underground base(on easy for testing purposes) and its to the point now where on 3x time my fps goes to like 10. here's a pic and breakdown of my base (so far)


Base stats:
16 colonists with room for 11 more people to join
3 bed prison
all reaserch done
unlimited power supply
unlimited food supplies (i sell food to buy everything else)(roughly 2000 food per harvest)
all colonists have at least an uzi or lee(most have pulse rifles and m24's)
havent lost a single person yet(although i did accidently arrest one of my own when i was organizing weapons on people)

im thinking of starting to build an actual town outside the base and make that the primary living space (with roads and large buildings)

I like the idea of a huge underground base but it's somehow a little tight don't you think? I'm speaking of your bedrooms...

Oh I wish my base was done so I could post it here.... as a reference point to your comment on you having unlimited power (Assuming the solar arrays in the picture are all of them) I currently have 105 and 77 batteries, though I'm about to build more batteries.

Funnier part is, I have all of that on cassandra right now.
