Black Bar Top of Screen

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing a black bar at the top of their screen.
It seems to randomly show up and is unwanted, as it is very annoying.
I open up the log after each time it happens and it shows something in yellow, every time something different.

I play base Rimworld with no mods at the moment, but when I had mods it was happening more often.

Any solutions would be appreciated.
