Progress renderer with automatic quality adjustment

Before you often had to rescale your render to be able to upload it to rimworld.gallery, especially very large / busy colonies. With the latest version of the  progress renderer mod comes the option to automatically adjust the image  quality so it will roughly be the filesize selected in the mod  settings. This makes posting a render much less work. Here's the new settings and recommendations for posting on RWP
