How do you make buttons for buildings? (Not Gizmos) [Solved]

I've been digging through the decompiled dlls but I can't seem to figure out how you create buttons for buildings like the Art button on art buildings or the Storage button on storage buildings.

How do these buttons work? I prefer them over gizmos but if I can't get a good answer I'll just use gizmos
