[Mod Request] Scenario Editor Parts for Gender Distribution or chance of Gene

Hello!

Basically all is in the title. I wish there were more mods to add scenario editor parts (or added in vanilla 1.5?), for more roleplay, mostly for use with other overhaul mods, I guess.
Forcing a Gene on all or most of the world population, added independently of xenotype, could be interesting and offer a LOT of gameplay variation, so that could be cool. Gender Distribution is just another idea, if someone wants an all female or all male world, but that's less interesting, I think (also this can be done by combining the gene distribution ScenPart mod with any mod that adds a gender gene anyway)

So if anyone is willing to make a small mod like this, I think it would be really cool and may be useful for many modpacks and scenario editors.
