Stop the random crate drops

Its already easy to build everything in the game fairly quick, i dont think theirs any need for the random drops unless they add something interesting.

On that note maybe you should make everything cost more to build too.

Opinions?  :).

Personally? No and no. I think the prices are steep enough as is.

I think being able to set difficult levels is important. What is overwhelming at first glance is quite comfortable later on.
DF has biomes which automatically adjust the difficult settings (which Rimworld is planning on adding at an undated point).

I think starting scenarios are a cheap idea which add make easy for someone who just wants to enjoy the game AND for those who want IronMan challenges.

stuff like:
number of  colonists (3-10) (10 for noobs, but.....)
starting resources
starting weapons
etc is hopefully just setting parameters for already implemented and should be easy to do.

For diff level, I would be interested to see settings for:
building costs, resource availilibily etc
which will take longer to develop.

Maybe just a game setting you can switch on and off in the game options, e.g. random drops [checkbox]
