Quick question/Suggestion

Hey does anyone know if any mods add or if it's possible in game to help wounded visitors without arresting or capturing them? Because it would be awesome if they decided to stay after they had healed and it didn't mean war with their people

That's like trying to steal someone's pet. 
No we are not going to tell the owners you walked into our yard, and we fed you until you stayed. That actually happened to one of our cats, Chewii..he was gone for alomst 2 weeks once..then he came trotting home like nothing happened, smelling like perfume and all..lol
