Name In Game

Im not able to access my submission into the name in game pack, even after logging in and out.

I bought the game yesterday w/ all the DLCs through SendOwl as a gift for a friend, yet after registering accounts with both my email and hers and logging in and out more than once the Creative Rewards section keeps telling us:

<< Hey, thanks for making an account, but it seems like you don't actually have any creative reward purchased for RimWorld. >>

I think we might have to wait a little bit, we'll try again in a few days :-)
