Colonist won't feed people who cannot feed themselves.

So this is a weird one. It impacted my main colony first when a prisoner nearly starved to death, so I swapped to a new tribal just to test. Used dev mode to inflict a missing spine on a pawn, and as soon as someone goes to feed them, the entire colony freezes, and people start giving a feed job error.
Obviously, I'd expect my pawns to not to freeze up when the 'feed job' task pops up since people do need to eat.

EDIT: I think I narrowed it to the mod Tabula Rasa... More testing will follow.
