No Email for "Name in Game Upgrade"

Greetings,

I dont know if Im too impatient or if Im doing somethign wrong or if it is currently not working.
I bought the "RimWorld Name in Game Upgrade" and clicked on the Link to get to the Rimworld Creative Site, wanted to log in and connected with my steam, u in my email and it said I should recieve an confirmation mail.
It has been 2 days and I havent recieved anything.

Am I doing something wrong?
I want my own pawn ingame so bad.

Your best bet is to send an email to [email protected]

Double-check the info you entered as well, just in case it could be something like a typo in your submitted email address.

i wondered if i was impatient as well, as i also did not receive a name in game/password email, plus registration at the site failed miserably for me.

but i definitely saw a message onscreen that said "an email with instructions for creating a new password has been sent" and to me, "has been sent" means i should have gotten it just as quickly as i got the purchase confirmation emails, as quickly as i got the game download emails -both of which showed up immediately.

In that case, please definitely send an email to the support. I'm afraid the extent of my ability is passing word of which names are missing; I've got no access to the system.
